Samuel Leroy Jackson (born December 21, 1948) is an American actor and producer. Widely regarded as one of the most popular actors of his generation, the films in which he has appeared have collectively grossed over $27 billion worldwide, making him the highest-grossing actor of all time (when cameo appearances are excluded).
In the interview with Daily Mail, Jackson tells them:
“I do Pilates three times a week, weight training and conditioning three times a week and acupuncture and massage twice a week,” Jackson said.
He’s also shared some images on his Instagram of him utilizing cups as well as the acupuncture needles as well.
He says:
“I love acupuncture and cupping,”
To help him keep up with his busy movie-making schedule, last year Samuel switched to a vegan diet.
He explained that the real reason for this shift in his eating habits was for the sake of his health, explaining with a chuckle that he was ‘just trying to live forever’.
Thanks in part to the new regime, not to mention his gym workouts, Samuel lost a huge 40-pounds.
After putting heroin and crack cocaine addictions behind him, Samuel won critical acclaim for playing a drug dealer in Lee’s 1991 movie Jungle Fever and since then has never looked back.
