Megan Thee Stallion Daily Routine

Megan Thee Stallion (born February 15, 1995) is an American rapper.

Workout

Megan Thee Stallion has a home gym where she has all the equipment she needs, and Megan Thee Stallion trainer comes there to train her. One thing that was always there in the videos was her cardio warm-up for 15 minutes that she does on the elliptical machine. After that, Megan Thee Stallion would finish her every workout with an abs circuit routine.

After that, she also switches some Pole dancing workouts and often goes outside to run on the sand and do other activities. So it’s not just working out that is helping Megan Thee Stallion, but also overall fitness. So now, if you want me to give you an overall workout, I will give you a five-day workout routine that you can do in your gym, and on the rest of the days, you can also learn dancing or do any activity to stay fit and healthy. So now let’s get started;

For the past few weeks, she’s been posting videos of her workouts—led by her personal trainer, Tim—to her Instagram. According to Megan, she posts those routines because “I feel like you will hold me accountable. And I feel like if I’m going on it with y’all, then I will feel more motivated to do the right thing,” she told her followers.

In an earlier video focusing on her lower body, Megan takes her followers through a workout her trainer Tim made to “to get this wagon” (yep, she means booty). Here’s the breakdown of that circuit, according to her Instagram post, and demonstrated by Megan:

  • Duck walk (“This is kind of similar to all the dance moves that she does. She did in the ‘Don’t Stop’ video,” points out her trainer.)
  • BOSU ball and weight squats
  • Dumbbell RDLs
  • Side lunges on BOSU ball
  • Band-resistant pulling leg lifts
  • Band-resistant fire hydrants

This circuit had her asking, “I know I want to have a nice ass. But do it have to hurt to receive this ass?”

Diet

“I like to snack, and I like to eat whatever I want to eat. And I just feel that maybe the things I’ve been eating are not so good for my body and have been slowing me down. I’ll be performing and I’ll be like, ‘Damn is this the last breath I’m going to take?'”

Once again, personal trainer Timothy Boutte stepped in and revolutionized her meals. Her days would now start with a pre-workout smoothie for breakfast. Made with strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kale, organic peanut butter, almond milk, and ice, the smoothie provided plenty of flavors, as well as fuel for exercising.

As for lunch and dinner, meals consist of a healthy protein, like sea bass, and plenty of veggies. And when it came to her favorite — snacking — Boutte stocked her fridge and pantry with plenty of healthy options, like fresh cut fruit, almonds, and everything she’d need to make a healthy yogurt parfait with granola and berries.

He also made sure that she threw out all of her junk food and while showing off a grocery haul, explained the importance of switching to fresh ingredients, saying they’d be doing groceries every two days.

Proper hydration was also a priority. “One thing that has helped me a lot is drinking a gallon of water a day,” Megan told fans
