Adam Levine (born March 18, 1979) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician.

Workout
According to his personal trainer, he’s very regimented,” the fitness expert exclusively told Us Weekly in 2021. “He walks on the treadmill for, like, an hour and a half to two hours every day and then we train, but he also adds in yoga about three times a week and then a little less than that right now, but yoga has really helped him. And then one day a week we’ve been doing Pilates.”

Diet
Something interesting about Adam Levine is that he is a half-vegan.
Adam says:
“Being a vegetarian usually consists of eating a steak and promising that tomorrow I will start being a vegetarian“.
So, half vegan, or half vegetarian.
Not regular, per se.
That being said, his diet consists mostly (or he tries to keep it consisting mostly) of non-dairy and non-meat products.
He also drinks a ton of water in order to detoxify his body and keep his skin as clear as it is.
Hobbies
He enjoys doing yoga and loves listening and writing music. Adam enjoys yoga so much that he uses it to replace weightlifting.
