Workout

Ariana’s main workout goal is to walk or dance (when preparing for a tour) a lot, aiming for at least 12,000 steps daily. She often does this while watching TV or coming up with lyrics on a treadmill, but also enjoys playing with her dog and going on hikes.

Due to her busy schedule and frequent travel, Ariana typically sticks to resistance workouts that don’t require much space or equipment. Sometimes, this can be as simple as lunges down the hallway of a concert venue.

Diet

Ariana loves smoothies, especially those made by Harley Pasternak, including the white, red, and green smoothies.
