Diet
Nicki Minaj sometimes struggles to keep her curves from looking flabby due to her petite size and will cut sugars and starches from her diet when trying to lose weight.
She also increases her intake of raw vegetables and green tea and drinks a lot of water. In 2020, she aimed to lose 20 pounds.
In an interview with In Touch magazine, she revealed that she changed her diet in 2019 and has had difficulty maintaining the discipline to control her eating.
Despite this, she has remained focused on self-love and being kind to herself, rather than stressing about her appearance.
Workout
Nicki Minaj does not have a strict workout routine and tries to keep her workouts fun by combining dance with other types of cardio and weight training.
She does a formal workout 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes and focuses on self-acceptance and treating herself with kindness while working towards her weight goals.
She prefers the elliptical for cardio and does a variety of strength training exercises including machines, free weights, and bodyweight exercises.
Nicki Minaj also loves to dance and does so practically every day.
