Aubrey Plaza (born June 26, 1984) is an American actress, comedian, and producer.

Diet:
Aubrey Plaza believes in being conscious of what you’re putting into your body and on your body, and taking care of yourself. She has revealed that one of the ways she stays healthy is by consuming a great deal of tea and water. Aubrey has recently shown an interest in learning how to cook Puerto Rican food, and she has been grilling her grandparents about their recipes. She wants to learn how to make it while she’s still young.
Workout:
Aubrey Plaza mixes up her workout regimen and struggles to do the same exercises on an ongoing basis. She enjoys playing basketball and practicing yoga. Plaza says yoga is probably her favorite exercise because she’s not into cardio. She also stays active by taking her dogs for walks.
Morning:
Aubrey Plaza’s morning routine varies, but she usually gets up around 6 AM when working and as late as 11 AM on days off. She needs at least two or three shots of espresso from her Nespresso machine to wake up. She does a lot of stretches and yoga in the morning.
