Diet

A healthy diet is equally important for Styles, who was inspired by his touring bandmates to go plant-based for quite some time. The award-winning musician, pictured below during his onstage performance at the Grammys in March, also credits pescetarianism for his physical wellness — a practice he adhered to for three years while on tour.

“My body definitely feels better for it,” he said in his Vogue interview, noting that he also went vegan for a while to add variety to his fish and seafood meals.

Sleep and Meditation

Harry has always been an active promoter of meditation and yoga (using one of the best yoga mats) as a form of relieving stress and adding calm to your life. After all, a healthy lifestyle isn’t all about intense workouts—a 360-degree approach to your wellness is vital.

“Sleep and meditation are a huge part of my routine, whether I’m at home, in the studio, or out on the road,” Styles said whilst working with the Calm app. “Rest and recovery are as important as doing the work. Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health. It’s changed my life.”

Exercise

“I’ll meditate in the morning and then have a coffee and do some reading to kind of just try and wake up a little bit. And then I go for a run, try and get some air and some sunshine, and try and work out in the morning or something,” Styles said in a 2020 Apple Music interview. “And then I’ll try and do a little work and just go for a walk in the afternoon.”

Golf

Harry Styles has turned to golf to relax while touring. The singer has been playing the game for years but has been trying to get in as many rounds as possible since touring as a solo star.


A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Harry loves to unwind by playing golf. When you’ve got over 60,000 fans screaming your name with every movement it can be overwhelming. “A round of golf is the complete opposite of a stadium show – it’s peaceful and by its nature comes with privacy, so it’s perfect. Harry has made sure to check out as many golf courses as possible as he tours the world. He’s even added golfing clothes to his luggage.”
