Kevin Durant (born September 29, 1988) is an American professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Workout
Jumping, lunging, or squatting are activities that require a lot of energy from the legs. In Kevin’s training program, trainer Daub incorporates some effective leg exercises. In medicine balls, multiplanar lunges are done on stabilized boards that are the size of Bosu balls.
His training has quite evolved throughout the season and he has become stronger and better new hat he does. Here is what he says about it, “I’ve been more aware of how important training is throughout the whole season. Eating right and lifting three or four times a week will give me the extra push.”
He explains the amount of training that he has been doing regularly saying, “It’s tough because we practice and play 82 games, but I try to get three lifts in a week. We need 10 a month. I try to do the small things — ankle mobility, stretching, daily massages, cold tub — to keep my body right.”
Typical Diet
- Breakfast is gluten-free oats, a three-egg omelet with spinach and tomato, sometimes a sausage link and always lots of fresh fruit.
- After a workout, lunch is almost always seafood: salmon a couple times a week as well as other favorites including miso-glazed sea bass, blackened catfish, or scallops. That is served with a big side salad and a protein smoothie.
- A snack is often guacamole with quinoa chips or carrots, or fresh fruit. Lopez also makes power performance balls from oats, peanut butter, dried berries and flax or chia seeds.
- Dinner is 7 to 8 ounces of a lean protein, either chicken, turkey burgers, steak (only once a week) or seafood again, which he keeps low carb if he doesn’t have a game the next day; if he does have a game, he includes whole grains such as wild rice, chickpea pasta or couscous.
Photography
Photography is one of Kevin Durant’s biggest hobbies, so much so that he even took snapshots of Super Bowl 50 for The Player’s Tribune. His other pastimes include playing video games, going on bike rides and making music. He wants to become a music producer when he retires.
