Andrew Tate Daily Routine

Andrew Tate (born December 14, 1986) is an American-British internet personality and former professional kickboxer.

Diet

Tate revealed that he only eats once a day, and it doesn’t tend to be healthy food. He also expressed that he drinks alcohol and smokes cigars a lot now. When he was competing as a kickboxer for 10 years, however, he never drank alcohol.

Workout

According to Andrew Tate, he doesn’t like the gym and does not usually work out in one.

This is because when he was fighting professionally, he was forced to go to the gym.

“However, I do understand how important it is to stay strong and in good shape”.

“And I’ve developed my own fitness program and it allows me to train at home for 25 minutes a day with less than $50 equipment”.

“I’ve developed three to four exercises which keep me in a supreme physical condition”.

Tate worked on his cardio with burpees and running. He got more robust by doing push-ups and shadowboxing with light dumbbells. He didn’t want to get big and strong like a bodybuilder. That would make him move more slowly and hurt him in the ring.

I used to do push ups, shadow boxing with maybe four or five kilos, running with four or five kilos, weighted vests sometimes and I used to do lots and lots of burpees in the weighted vest. But I never had any static weights ever… I probably do about 1000 push-ups a day, I try and get through.
