Workout Routine
Millie Bobby Brown’s workout routine consists of strength training and Muay Thai training a lot in her everyday workout routine. She workout at least 5 days a week and for 2 hours a day. Her workout is amazing and intense and she is always sharing all the videos on her social media pages.
Diet
Millie Bobby Brown is still quite young, so her fast metabolism favors her a lot still. That means Millie does not need to follow as strict diet as those who are older than her might have to. All Millie needs to do is eat healthy foods such as her fruits and vegetables. Millie also makes sure to eat lots of high protein foods to keep her muscles growing as she grows up. Cheat Days

Boxing
Millie is a devoted boxing fan, going to the gym most days. “I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark,” she told Vulture. “He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I’m obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that.”

Homeschooled
She is homeschooled (which she says is sometimes lonely) since her family moved a lot while she was a child and she now has to fit homework around her acting work.
Circuit Workouts
Millie has 3 exercises in each of her circuits that she does daily Monday to Friday. In each circuit exercise, she has 4 reps and 20 sets. Millie’s only gets to rest 3 times for a total of 80 to 120 seconds, similarly to her bodyweight workout. Exercises in Millie’s circuit workout include weighted squats, chest press, Russian twists, inclined weighted crunches, front raises, and hip thrusters to name a few.
